Fourth Annual Geology Days; Saratoga Springs, NY; November 11th - 13th, 2025


The Call for Abstracts is available now! Please submit your 250- to 500-word abstracts by April 11th, 2025 to jnadeau@nyscpg.com


Please Note; This year, Geology Days will take place Tuesday November 11th - Thursday November 14th due to the Conference's proximity to Veteran's Day.

 Similar to last year, around 12 Continuing Education Credit opportunities will be made available through presentations, including a presentation providing 1 PDH of required Ethics. Multiple segments will be offered to present various topics, culminating in a panel discussion among licensed geologists and engineers to answer questions from attendees. The presentations will focus on common practice issues and will also inform PGs who are mentoring others, endorsing geological work experience, or assisting staff in applying for licensure.

Hotel Information

The conference will be held at the Holiday Inn Saratoga Springs, located at 232 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. The hotel is currently waiting for several shuttles to become a regular part of its fleet which will allow for transportation to additional parking; more updates to follow soon.
